Started working in Ranchi in 1988. Initiated the concept of need of physical therapy of children in special needs. Started the Physiotherapy unit and latter Early Intervention Unit in Deepshikha, Ranchi which is the first such clinic in whole of Jharkhand.
She has worked with more than 1500 children out of which many are Doctors and Self-Employed citizens and have been involved in publishing many research papers in different conferences and International Journals.
She has also been involved in training of Pediatric Physiotherapy to trainees (special educators) in D.ED SPL. Education Deepshikha since 1991.
Has been awarded with Jharkhand Ratna.
